“People are so focused on high carb, low-fat, processed foods we’ve forgotten about the vitality of fresh whole food and how important our decisions are, particularly when it comes to our wellbeing. Health food has become associated with being complicated and synthetic. But the best food, food that truly nourishes the body and soul, is simple, seasonal and unprocessed. Yu teaches you how easy it is to maximise your health and lead an incredible life. Kim will improve your eating habits and lifestyle while giving you more room for balance, harmony and mental clarity in your life. “Changing old habits and creating the life you desire has to come through improved awareness and making healthy food and lifestyle choices. We’re called Yu Food + Lifestyle for a reason – it’s all about you. I really encourage you to put your health, and the health of your children, first. I’m on the journey with you and I want to see you along the path to your wellbeing goals. In 2006, Kim successfully completed the Holistic Health Counseling and Longevity Diet Coaching course at the Academy of Healing Nutrition in Sydney, qualifying her to work with children and adults to improve their health and wellbeing. Kim practices Chinese Medicine Food Therapy and is currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at Melbourne’s Southern School of Natural Therapies. |
