Read what some of the other Parents have had to say about attending these workshops:
"I was a little sceptical about attending Kim's workshop at first because I already have a good understanding about food, nutrition and health. But I was pleasantly surprised - Kim gave me plenty of new information and ideas about feeding my children a healthy diet, how children's bodies use food and how to help my children develop healthy eating habits. I loved her focus on using simple wholefoods and her explanation of how artificial additives and food processing effect our bodies. The workshop was informative, practical and inspiring and I recommend it to all parents who care about their children's diet - thanks Kim! "

I am so glad I came to your talk. Thank you so much, we women (and men) need a nudge every now and then to think of ourselves.

Having partnered with a professional coach over the last six to eight months I was open to the idea of working with a Lifestyle Coach only I wasn't sure what one was..........and so began my beautiful journey of learning and initiating life altering modifications.
You could be forgiven for thinking a Lifestyle Coach sounds as if it is something from Hollywood; this however couldn't be further from the truth! Each of my sessions (undertaken by telephone due to residing interstate) were done with such passion, enthusiasm, support, professionalism, [life] wisdom and in such a grounded manner that if you have half of the experience I did then your life like mine will be exceptionally richer.
To the gorgeous Ms. Kim, I say the hugest 'thank you' for allowing me into your life and sharing your time with me and, I send all of my love and best wishes for everything that is yet to come. [I love you; I am sorry; Please Forgive Me; Thankyou]
Terri-Lee (Brisbane June 09)
You have a real gift and the ability to affect the lives of others in the most positive way. Thank you a million times again. You're a gorgeous
woman and an inspiration.

Hi Kim,
I just want to say how lovely it was to meet you. You have a lovely, calm yet dynamic energy, and it was a joy to share the retreat with you. It was great fun cooking with you, and I'm looking forward to recreating your recipes - in fact I did the chicken for my husband last night! I'm already looking forward to next time!
Becky (England - Jan 09)
I was telling my husband that I was wrapped with the fact that I didn't have any sugar cravings at all for the days of the retreat. I thought we ate pretty well but I learnt/got a reminder on some good basics of eating portions in particular. Plus loved the stuff on the Chi clock.
Kirsty (Brisbane - Jan 09)
I will be changing a couple of things in our household - using butter not margarine, microwaving nothing, eating porridge for brekkie, no low fat stuff. All simple things to do - thanks for your advice.
Scott (Brisbane - Jan 09)
Thank you so much for all you gave at the retreat.
It was lovely to meet someone who encourages people to think consciously about food rather than taking a "you shouldn't eat this, and this, and this" kind of approach.
Elizabeth (Brisbane - Jan 09)
Thanks very much for Saturday it really was perfect - I have no suggestions for improvement!
Very casual, fun, interactive and some really interesting info. The desserts tasted delicious and it was divided up amongst 30 plates so we all got a piece with the yogurt. Perfect!
Kelly (Melbourne Cooking Workshop)
It was great to meet you I really do look forward to working closely with you, you have something very special to offer people and I don't just mean your skills! have a great day
Many thanks
Brooke (Melbourne - Individual Program)
Kim has a wonderful personality, is down to earth and outgoing. She is interesting, knowledgeable and so welcoming. The food
we prepared was simple and stunning.
